On the border of Santa Monice and LA off of Santa Monica Blvd were in the last few weeks of finishing an 88-Unit/Keys, Found Hotel and with the same owners a renovation of the Historic Plaza Hotel in Downtown San Diego. Just starting another 33-unit Senior Living Memory Care only 2 level building in San Dimas, Ca. Just finished a specialized Hotel/Apartments in Chula Vista, Olympic Training Center, housing over 90 Elite Athletes on campus within their training facilities in San Diego, Ca.

Repurposing a former Kmart consisted of demolition of the 9,400 sq. ft former garden department and converting 150,000 sq. ft store into 3 smaller retail spaces for Party City, Marshalls and Hobby Lobby. We then added an additional 750 sq. ft receiving dock and a 900-stall parking lot. This job also included new attached ground up construction of 10,500 sq. ft. for a Big 5 Sporting Goods store.

PacifiCore’s relationship with Smart & Final has years of history. Continuing our partnership with Restaurant Depot, this project was a relocation from Costa Mesa, Ca. to their new Huntington Beach store, giving them a larger location of 95,000 sq. ft. This renovation of an existing warehouse consisted of a new walk-in freezer box (one of the largest in the USA), improvements to existing lighting and HVAC systems, usable office space, shipping docks, and full Tenant Improvements per Restaurant Depot’s specifications.
